Job Description

Product Discovery

• Support engagement with internal and external customers to understand their needs, pain points, and challenges.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify improvement areas and potential opportunities.
• Perform basic data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets under guidance to support process improvements.
• Contribute to problem identification and solution discussions with direction from senior team members.
• Help validate data accuracy and reliability to support insights generation.
• Work closely with data teams to maintain and improve data quality and reporting.
• Support prioritization of customer requirements based on data and team input.
• Assist in maintaining product roadmaps (weekly/monthly) under supervision.
  
  

Product Delivery

• Support the team in proposing product solutions to address customer needs.
• Contribute ideas for feasible solutions with guidance from senior members and tech teams.
• Prepare clear documentation and simple data visualizations to communicate findings and updates.
• Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams for task execution and updates.
• Collaborate with Product Support team to handle user feedback and basic issue resolution.
• Assist in tracking project progress and supporting feature rollouts.
• Help monitor performance of released features and collect user feedback.
• Support ongoing product improvements and ensure alignment with defined goals.
  
  

Requirements

Must have

• Minimum 2 year of experience of Product management/ BA/ BI
• Systematic thinking: Clear problem framing (objective → insight → decision → measurable impact)
• Creative & Proactive: Curious and proactive in seeking insights and addressing market opportunities with critical thinking.
• Functional skills: Understand system behavior, API, Data Structure, edge cases, data flow, and technical constraints.
• Understanding of Business flow, Data flow, UX flow, UI Design

• Previous work experience as a business analyst or product Management
• Experience working with data/product teams
• Ability to align cross-functional teams (multiple stakeholders from multiple departments) , resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across business, product, and engineering.
