BShield is looking for an Associate Business Development Executive to support our business development activities in international markets.
This role is suitable for someone who is interested in B2B technology sales, customer development, partnership coordination, and market expansion.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Business Development team to support customer outreach, partner coordination, sales preparation, and commercial follow-up.
This is a good opportunity to learn how a technology business develops new markets, works with enterprise customers, and manages B2B sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Support customer and market research for target business opportunities.
- Assist in identifying potential customers, partners, and relevant business use cases.
- Prepare sales materials, meeting notes, proposals, quotations, and related commercial documents.
- Join customer or partner meetings and support follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and support customer requirements.
- Track sales opportunities, update CRM, and support regular business reports.
- Maintain professional communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support other business development and sales operation tasks when assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Executive, Partnership, or related roles.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Clear thinking, good organization, and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Comfortable working with business documents, customer information, and internal coordination.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-moving technology environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B sales, technology, software, fintech, enterprise solutions, or cybersecurity.
- Experience working with customers, partners, or international teams.
- Basic understanding of enterprise sales processes is a plus.
- Chinese Mandarin communication skills are a plus.
