Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Ensign, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding our freight forwarding business across key trade lanes. You will play a critical role in identifying market opportunities, strengthening our customer portfolio, and contributing directly to the company's profitability and long-term expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight, sea freight, warehousing, and integrated supply chain solutions.
• Drive revenue and gross profit performance in line with company targets.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and contract negotiations.
Account Management & Customer Expansion
• Manage and grow key accounts to maximize long-term value.
• Maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, and eCommerce clients.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and local market conditions.
• Identify trade lane opportunities and value-added service potential.
• Provide feedback to leadership team on strategic growth initiatives.
Collaboration & Reporting
• Coordinate with Branch Managers and Regional Teams.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
• Support marketing initiatives and business networking events when required.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue and GP targets.
• Strong knowledge of air and sea freight operations.
• Established customer base is a strong advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
