Job Description:

1. Trade Marketing Execution

  • Implement Trade Marketing plans for mini go!, including in-store activities, communication, spot sales, and seasonal campaigns (Full Moon Festival, Tet, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent and effective execution across all stores.

2. Campaign Management

  • Manage end-to-end implementation of spot sales by coordinating with: MD (deal sourcing) ; Operations (design and activity preparation) ; Stores (execution quality)
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and ensure proper post-campaign review.

3. Performance & Reporting

  • Prepare performance reports and collaborate with RSD to propose additional programs/campaigns by store/region to Head of Operations.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve overall business targets.

4. New Store Opening (NSO)

  • Lead full Trade Marketing preparation for new store openings, including POSM, communication, and opening events.
  • Follow up procurement with relevant departments (O, F&M) and coordinate store setup progress with RSD (merchandising, treasury, customer service, etc.).

5. Stock Taking

  • Support mid-year and year-end stock-taking activities.
  • Analyze results and propose action plans in collaboration with Store Manager (SM) and RSD.

6. Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between MD, DM, and Store Operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of related tasks.

Requirements:

  • College/University degree in Business or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Retail; experience as Customer Service Manager in Hypermarkets/Supermarkets is a plus
  • Good understanding of retail operations, Trade Marketing, and store activities
  • Strong knowledge of sales campaign execution, promotions, and new store opening (NSO) processes
  • Understanding of revenue management, merchandising, and customer experience at store level
  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Practical, proactive, and hands-on approach
  • Ability to analyze business reports, interpret data, and propose appropriate action plans
