Assistant Sales Manager - In charge of MICE & WEDDINGS (Based in HCMC)
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting group bookings, weddings, and special events.
• Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Set and achieve revenue targets, forecasting and budgeting for assigned segments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine strategies.
• Lead the acquisition and management of corporate groups, leisure groups, and MICE business.
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and event customization.
• Ensure seamless coordination between sales, operations, and service teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Position the resort as a top-tier wedding destination in Phu Quoc.
• Build relationships with wedding planners, agencies, and direct clients.
• Design tailored wedding packages and experiences aligned with luxury standards.
• Oversee the sales journey from inquiry to event completion.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
*REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel/resort sales.
• Proven track record in group sales, weddings, and event management within luxury hospitality.
• Strong network within the travel, corporate, and wedding planning industries.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in crafting unique guest experiences.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end service environment.
