BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for developing implementing strategic plans for key accounts to achieve sales targets and business goals in assigned area
- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and plan for market expansion
- Plan promotional programs and activities to drive sales growth and enhance brand presence.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective implementation of promotional strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Sales performance monitoring for key accounts & providing regular reports to senior management.
- Budget Management: ensuring effective utilization of resources & provide budget recommendations based on sales forecasts and business goals.
KEY CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT
- Develop strong strategic partnership with key customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Advise customers on business development (JBP), including recommending suitable product portfolios for their business models
- Prepare Quarterly Reports with strategic partners, highlighting achievements in both direct and indirect added value, ensuring financial and customer service benefits.
TEAM MANAGEMENT& DEVELOPMENT
- Organize monthly meetings cross functions (Operation, Trade, Brand, supporting): Review business performance, estimate target achievement rates, and address the business issues of the sales team.
- Motivate and build a team with high team spirit, work discipline, a winning mindset No inch back, of company culture.
- Coach, develop, and train Planning team with high performance/effectiveness standards to achieve sales goals & targets.
- Recruitment and training: Plan recruitment, training, and development of new planners.
Qualification & Skill required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales planning & management or a related field, preferably in the FMCG/Horeca business operation/
- Effective negotiation skills for dealing with key customers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Ability to travel frequently as required for business operations.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and dedication to achieving company goals.
- Strong adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Procifient in English communication both writing/speaking
- Sales Strategies Planning: Proven working experience in planning, developing sales strategies & efficiency budget management in assigned accounts
- Sales Performance Management: strong leadership in measuring the return of investment by monitoring the reporting system, promotion programs, distribution activities within the in charged areas.
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities: Following and analyzing the sales performance through database, market visits and competitors activities to have the appropriate actions and recommend opportunity for growth to high-level.
- Team Management & Development : proven experience in monitoring, leading, coaching and training teams
