Assistant Quality Assurance (QA) Manager / ????

Job Summary:

The Assistant QA Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining the quality management system for AEC (Active Electrical Cable) production. This role ensures that all products meet stringent signal integrity and reliability standards for the AI and Data Center markets. You will lead the quality team to drive continuous improvement, manage laboratory testing, and ensure absolute compliance with international and customer-specific quality requirements.

Responsibilities:

Quality System & Compliance / : Lead the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001, IATF16949, and QC080000 systems. / ISO9001IATF16949 QC080000

• Laboratory & Testing Management / : Oversee laboratory tests for high-speed products, including signal integrity (TDR/VNA) and reliability assessments for projects like 800G high-speed cables. / TDR/VNA 800G
• Process Quality Control / : Supervise the quality of core AEC processes such as cable extrusion, precision soldering, and assembly, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). / AEC CAPA
• Customer & External Testing Coordination / : Lead quality communication with major clients (e.g., HP, Logitech) and manage external testing services and budgets. / HPLogitech
• Audit & Integrity / : Maintain a transparent quality audit trail, ensuring all inspection data is accurate and resistant to falsification, adhering to the highest ethical standards. /

Qualifications:

Professional Experience / : 5+ years of quality management experience in the electronics industry. / 5

• Industry Background / : Experience in cable assembly and high-speed testing is preferred. Candidates with quality management backgrounds in Notebooks (NB), Smartphones, or Wearable devices are highly welcome / (NB)
• Education / : Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Management. /
• Language / : Professional fluency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written). /

Skills:

Quality Tools / : Expert in 8D reporting, QC 7 Tools, SPC, and IATF 16949 core tools. / 8D QC SPC IATF 16949

• Technical Knowledge / : Understanding of high-speed data transmission standards and laboratory testing methodologies. /
• Management & Analysis / : Strong statistical knowledge and ability to lead team-based problem-solving. /

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in setting up and managing a laboratory in a start-up or green-field environment. /

• Familiarity with environmental compliance (RoHS, REACH) and customer-specific environmental standards. / RoHSREACH
• Knowledge of Vietnamese local quality regulations and labor standards. /
