Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

  • Own product marketing strategy & KPI across the full customer lifecycle, from acquisition, activation, usage to retention.
  • Translate business objectives and product roadmap into clear marketing priorities and annual/quarterly plans.
  • Develop annual and quarterly product marketing plans based on customer insights, market trends, and business priorities, ensuring strong alignment with product roadmap and company objectives.
  • Act as the key marketing representative working with Product, Performance, Brand, Digital, CVM, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective execution, and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product launches, feature enhancements, and key initiatives, including positioning, value proposition, pricing communication, and launch orchestration.
  • Plan and monitor execute marketing campaigns to promote product launches, features, and updates, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for product marketing initiatives; analyze performance, derive insights, and proactively optimize strategy to improve ROI and business impact.
  • Own and manage product marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation, cost control, and measurable return on investment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to junior team members or project teams to ensure quality execution and capability uplift.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with strong exposure to product marketing, growth marketing, or commercial strategy within finance, fintech, ecommerce, or technology-driven companies.
  • BSc/BA in IT, Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of profiles (business, user experience design, analysts, etc.).
  • Proven experience leading complex projects, cross-functional initiatives, or multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Ability to function, adapt and succeed in a constantly changing, fast paced environment; ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, competitive & market landscape.
  • Strong command of both English and local language (both verbal and written).
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills; able to influence senior stakeholders and represent marketing viewpoints confidently.
  • Good communication skills; strong stakeholder management & collaboration.
