JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of policy life-cycle events and supporting operations processing. This role requires a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to adhering to company guidelines to support the overall efficiency of the Operations team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely administration of policy life-cycle events and supporting operations processing. JOB DUTIES
- Manage the end-to-end processing of policy issuing, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals, ensuring strict adherence to all Company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Accurately file policy documents in both hard copy and electronic formats. Manage the process of coding documents and handling the distribution of templates and outgoing correspondence.
- Conduct cross-audits of work completed by Processing/Policy Management staff to maintain data integrity and processing quality standards.
- Manage post-control processes, actively participate in functional/company projects.
- Manage the Certificate Book process.
- University or College Graduate.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in an insurance company is required.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in policy administration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese are essential
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated high responsibility and a consistently positive attitude.
- Proven ability to communicate well, be customer-oriented, and foster good cooperation within a team environment.
