Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Binh Phuoc City. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure service quality standards are met. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, and assisting in financial planning. The Assistant Manager will also handle customer interactions, address concerns or complaints, and support team training initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Strong leadership qualities and an ability to foster a positive work environment are essential for this role.

- Proficiency in planning, organizational management, and problem-solving for smooth operational workflows.
- Customer service and interpersonal skills to address client needs and resolve concerns professionally.
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with team members and customers.
- Experience in hospitality or resort management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory control is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
