We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager, based in Vietnam, who will support the Line Manager in building and strengthening our brands for the Cambodia market. This role will help identify and address unmet consumer needs while driving brand growth and delivering strong business results in both revenue and profitability.
Job descriptions:
1. Brand Portfolio & Planning
- Build and develop annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
- Support the execution of brand initiatives aligned with business objectives.
2. Campaign Development & Execution
- Digital Marketing
- Coordinate with creative and media agencies to develop advertising materials (TV, digital, POSM, etc.).
- Manage timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
3. Consumer & Market Insights
- Analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Utilize insights to refine brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
4. Budget Management
- Monitor marketing spend and ensure efficient use of budget.
- Track and report on campaign ROI and performance metrics.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Channel Category Development, R&D, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of brand plans.
- Support product launches, promotions, and in-store activities.
6. Fan Page Management
- Manage the Lay's fan page and coordinate with agencies to develop always-on content that drives brand awareness and supports sales programs.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure all posts are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
7. Performance Tracking
- Monitor brand health indicators such as market share, brand awareness, and consumer perception.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend actions for improvement.
Job qualifications:
- Education: University graduate in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration
- Experience: Minimum 01 - 03 years of working experience in the field of Marketing, brand marketing, ... of which at least 02 year of experience working in a Assistant Brand Manager position at multinational companies/large-scale companies major in the food/fast-moving consumer goods industry.
