Role Description

The Assistant Account Manager will join our team in Ho Chi Minh City.

You will be assist the business development team on existing accounts and developing new business relationships relating to BtoB and BtoC insurance. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to clients, understand their insurance needs, and match them with appropriate coverage.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City which require flexibility, autonomy (capacity to work independently and ensure the work done) and excellent communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in sales, or customer service is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced in English and Vietnamese
