1. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
- Translate manpower plans into actionable hiring plans by function, region, and farm
- Build talent pipelines to support short- and mid-term hiring
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for all roles (Head Office & Farm)
- Ensure standardized processes and consistent candidate experience
- Drive mass and high-volume hiring with speed and quality
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Business, Operations, and HRBP to deliver hiring plans
- Provide market insights and candidate feedback to support decisions
- Coordinate with agencies and sourcing channels to optimize hiring effectiveness
Team Coordination & Execution
- Support TA Manager in driving daily recruitment operations
- Guide team members to improve productivity and hiring quality
- Contribute to a disciplined and service-oriented TA team
Employer Branding & Market Insights
- Strengthen WinEco's employer branding across channels
- Stay updated on talent market trends and competitor movements
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Track recruitment KPIs (TAT, cost per hire, pipeline health)
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools

- 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency)
- Proven track record in hiring mid-to-senior level roles
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, or Manufacturing is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
