Key Responsibilities:
Quality System Development and Management
- Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) across all company operations.
- Establish quality standards, product specifications, and quality control procedures.
- Ensure the quality system complies with legal regulations and food safety standards.
Operational Quality Control
- Monitor the implementation of quality standards across the supply chain, distribution centers, and retail stores.
- Ensure quality control processes are consistently and effectively applied.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve product quality issues and operational concerns.
Risk Management and Continuous Improvement
- Develop a risk management system related to product quality and food safety.
- Analyze quality data to identify potential risks and recommend improvement solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the quality control system.
Team Management and Development
- Manage, train, and develop the QA/QC team.
- Build manpower plans and allocate tasks in line with departmental objectives.
- Evaluate team performance and support capability development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Quality Management, Agricultural Product Preservation and Processing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC management or equivalent roles.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, ISO, and HACCP.
- Proficient in quality analysis tools such as QC 7 Tools and 5 Why.
- Strong skills in data analysis, risk management, and process improvement.
- Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
