Job Purpose
Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing the Mass & Color portfolio strategy to achieve business growth, market share, and brand performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support in building and executing annual brand plans (objectives, activities, A&P budget).
- Monitor and adjust plans to ensure business targets are met.
- Support product roadmap execution (innovation & renovation).
- Coordinate packaging and design development in line with regional/global guidelines.
- Conduct product research, benchmarking, and handle market feedback.
- Ensure compliance with Stage Gate process and product registration requirements.
- Execute marketing campaigns and brand activations.
- Work closely with agencies (creative, media, digital) to ensure effective delivery.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to Product Stewardship and HSE&S standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Prepare materials for key marketing meetings (IGR, PMR, PSR).
- Support systems operation (SAP, SRM).
- Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing experience (preferably in FMCG or paints industry).
- Good command of English.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
