Job Description
- Partner business leaders to develop and execute workforce and people strategies aligned to organisational objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, talent management and performance management initiatives
- Drive workforce planning, manpower optimisation and succession planning activities
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, organisational development and leadership effectiveness
- Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to enhance organisational performance
- Identify HR transformation opportunities and implement solutions that improve processes and employee experience
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver consistent and value-added HR services
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
- 8+ years of HR leadership or HR business partnering experience within a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing broad HR functions across multiple business units
- Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders on strategic people matters
- Experience driving HR transformation and the adoption of digital HR solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
