- Collect market information, consumer trend, competitors activities
- Understand market feedback about the brand and activities
- Ensure campaign execution to meet KPI, timeline and approve budget
- Execute from ATL to BTL activities
- Manage and prepare stock, paperwork, price setting, training materials for other launching activities
- Understand sales performance of the brand
- Make monthly promotion plan for different sales channels
- Coordinate with sales team in sales-related activities
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh graduates with strong academic achievements are welcome, or 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in Skincare, Cosmetics or FMCG is a plus
- Knowledge of Brand Marketing, E-commerce, and TikTok platforms
- Good command of English & computer skills
- Good communication, organizational, problem-solving & analytical skills
- Active, responsible, detail-oriented, enthusiastic & independent
