Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the growth of Larue through overall brand management, innovation projects and market expansion initiatives. The role will own selected workstreams while supporting the Brand Manager in planning, execution and performance monitoring.

The role requires close collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams, together with frequent market visits to build commercial understanding, capture field learning and improve in-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overall brand plan and own selected brand initiatives, ensuring strong execution and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate innovation and renovation launch workstreams with NPI, Supply Chain, Technical, Sales, Trade and other functions to ensure launch readiness and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and consolidate consumer, sales, distribution and execution feedback into clear insights and optimization actions.
  • Support market expansion projects through market assessment, opportunity sizing and market-specific go-to-market execution.
  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to build strong commercial understanding, resolve execution barriers and align stakeholders behind agreed priorities.
  • Conduct frequent market visits to understand consumers, outlets, distribution, competitors and execution quality; translate learning into actionable recommendations.
  • Track KPIs, budgets, timelines and key project deliverables while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
  • Typically 1–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Sales, Innovation, Commercial or FMCG-related roles.
  • Experience or exposure to brand planning, marketing execution and project management.
  • Exposure to innovation / new product launches is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to market expansion, Sales or Trade Marketing projects is an advantage.
  • Good commercial understanding with strong curiosity to learn channel, distribution and outlet dynamics.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, with willingness and ability to travel frequently for market visits.
