Job Responsibilities

Inventory Accounting:

Control Stock Transport Orders (STO) between warehouses to ensure total compliance with scheduled receipt and delivery timelines.
Organize quarterly physical inventory counts, generate stocktake variance reports, and execute system reconciliation in the ERP platform.
Generate comprehensive inventory ledger reports tracking the movement of goods (Inflow-Outflow-Balance).

Asset Accounting

Control fixed asset additions, disposals, and write-offs; execute periodic depreciation and expense allocations.
Monitor, generate, print, and control asset barcoding/tagging workflows to guarantee unified asset tracking across all operating entities.
Conduct routine and ad-hoc physical asset verifications; justify and reconcile variances to ensure asset ledgers reflect a true and fair view.
Evaluate asset utilization efficiency and implement asset decommissioning or disposal procedures for redundant or obsolete assets in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
