Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect Team Leader to lead design projects.

This role focuses on driving design excellence from Concept through Detailed Design and Construction Drawing Design, guiding the team on technical solutions, and ensuring strong alignment across multidisciplinary coordination.

While the role involves a diverse portfolio across Industrial (IND) and Real Estate (RE) sectors, candidates with proven experience in industrial projects—such as factories, warehouses, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical facilities—will be given priority.

Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Lead the production and delivery of architectural design drawings for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Coordinate effectively across disciplines (Structural, Civil, MEP) to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Ensure design quality and compliance with company standards and CAD requirements.
  • Manage and support project teams, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and resource planning.
  • Review and sign off on design drawings and technical deliverables.
  • Participate in client and coordination meetings; review contractor submissions and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor team efficiency, including timesheet review and overall productivity.
  • Support recruitment activities, including participation in candidate interviews.
  • Report to the Design Manager on project progress and key deliverables.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture and design coordination, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Hands-on experience in industrial projects (e.g., factories, warehouses, manufacturing facilities) is required.
  • Strong understanding of production flow, functional layout, and coordination with technical disciplines.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and good working knowledge of Revit.
  • Strong design management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage team workload and meet project deadlines.
  • Solid technical detailing capability (e.g., waterproofing, windows, and related construction details).
  • Good knowledge of design standards and relevant codes.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
