ABOUT JOB:

The Senior MEP Site Engineer will lead on‑site supervision, QA/QC, and testing & commissioning for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑fighting systems on a fast‑track, large‑scale electric vehicle manufacturing project in India. The role covers supervising subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings/method statements/ITPs, coordinating services and interfaces (MEP–Civil–Architectural), managing RFIs/NCRs, enforcing HSE (PTW/LOTO), and delivering milestones on schedule and to international standards in a multinational environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Supervise daily MEP works (MV/LV power, ELV, HVAC, plumbing & drainage, fire‑fighting, and utilities)

2. Review and enforce compliance with drawings, specs, method statements, and ITPs

3. Coordinate MEP services and interfaces with Civil/Architectural to resolve clashes and access issues

Điều phối hệ thống MEP và giao cắt với Kết cấu/Kiến trúc để xử lý va chạm và vấn đề tiếp cận thi công

4. Plan and lead inspections (MIR/WIR), RFIs, and close out punch lists and NCRs

Lập kế hoạch và chủ trì nghiệm thu vật tư/công việc (MIR/WIR), xử lý RFI, đóng punch list và NCR

5. Manage T&C: pre‑commissioning, functional tests, TAB (for HVAC), flushing/pressure tests, electrical tests (IR, continuity, HI‑POT), cause‑and‑effect and integrated systems testing

6. Ensure HSE compliance including PTW/LOTO, hot‑work, working at height, and confined space controls

7. Track progress and materials, prepare daily/weekly reports, and coordinate look‑ahead with Planning

Theo dõi tiến độ và vật tư, lập báo cáo ngày/tuần, phối hợp kế hoạch look‑ahead với Phòng Tiến độ

8. Interface with Design/Commercial for technical clarifications, variations, and site instructions

Làm việc với Thiết kế/Thương mại về làm rõ kỹ thuật, phát sinh và chỉ dẫn hiện trường

9. Support as‑built updates, O&M manuals, and handover documentation

Hỗ trợ cập nhật hoàn công, tài liệu vận hành & bảo trì (O&M) và hồ sơ bàn giao

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

2. 4–6+ years of MEP site supervision; industrial/factory projects preferred

3–6+ năm kinh nghiệm giám sát MEP; ưu tiên dự án nhà máy/công nghiệp

3. Strong QA/QC and T&C knowledge (ITP, method statements, checklists, MIR/WIR, FAT/SAT)

8. AutoCAD MEP; Revit MEP/BIM 360 and Navisworks for model/drawing coordination; MS Project or Primavera P6 for progress; Procore/Asite/PlanGrid (CDE) for site documentation; Bluebeam Revu; familiarity with Dialux/ETAP (or similar) for verification is a plus.
