- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Lead the research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps
- Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
What we need from you (your skill and experience/ what you'll bring to the team)
- Bachelor's Degree with GPA minimum 3.0, preferably in quantitative subject (i.e. Finance, Economics, or Mathematics).
- Minimum 3 years experience as Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst (in the financial sector preferably).
- Technical expertise regarding data models, data mining and segmentation techniques. Nice to have database design skill.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- English proficiency is a must.
- Working knowledge of SQL and proficiency in Excel are required. In addition, mastery in other database management software will be highly appreciated.
- Good understanding of business processes.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
