Job Description:
1. Capacity Planning & Network Management
- Plan and monitor warehouse capacity across a multi-warehouse network to ensure optimal space utilization and peak readiness.
- Analyze demand and supply signals to support inventory allocation and capacity balancing across warehouses.
- Optimize inventory distribution to maximize capacity utilization and minimize storage and handling costs.
- Identify capacity constraints and propose reallocation or expansion solutions to maintain service level and cost efficiency.
- Support peak planning (campaigns, seasonality) to ensure operational readiness
2. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze operational data using Excel, SQL, and dashboards to track KPIs (e.g., occupancy, throughput, bottlenecks)
- Identify root causes of inefficiencies and drive improvement initiatives
- Optimize warehouse operations through stock reallocation, layout improvements, and process flow enhancements
- Continuously refine planning logic and frameworks to improve network performance
3. Network Design & Automation
- Design warehouse layouts, storage strategies, and material flows to maximize space and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Operations, HSE, Procurement teams to explore automation initiatives (e.g., conveyors, ASRS, robotics)
- Support testing, pilot, and scale-up of automation and innovation solutions
- Contribute to long-term warehouse network design and capacity expansion planning
4. Stakeholder Management & Execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Demand & Supply Planning, Central Operational Excellence, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Translate planning decisions into actionable operations across warehouses
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics. Preferred experience in 3PL companies (Contract Logistics) or logistics within Retail/FMCG industry.
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with data
- Proficiency in Excel, Autocad experience with SQL / BI tools is a plus
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high adaptability
- Detail-oriented, structured thinking, and strong ownership mindset
