Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Salary: Up to USD 2,000 monthly gross
Work Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Type: Full-time, In-office (MonFri).
Job overview
- Identify and resolve application issues encountered by users.
- Lead and manage the deployment process from User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to Production (PROD) environments, ensuring smooth and timely releases.
- Respond promptly to impromptu application-related requests from customers, providing effective solutions or escalation as needed.
- Responsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Assist in compiling support data and material for presentations and reports.
- Interface with application users, technical support personnel, engineering and product management teams for escalation and resolution.
- Conduct feedback from users. Evaluate and perform changes as a form of continuous improvement.
- Develop application test cases. Co-ordinate and involve in application testing.
- In charge and perform Software Release Management in multiple environments.
- Provide evidence, root cause, finding and resolution for incident report.
- Oncall for incident response and provide support whenever required.
- Require support on ITSM based on Jira Platform.
- Training will be provided on business applications.
