Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Senior/Lead to manage and operate our IT infrastructure. This role is responsible for planning, building, maintaining, and securing networks, security systems, devices, and collaboration tools to ensure optimal safety and efficiency for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Helpdesk
- Develop strategies for managing the Helpdesk system.
- Propose and implement new technical support technologies.
- Establish configuration standards and allocate suitable devices for employees.
- Monitor Helpdesk performance and ensure efficient issue resolution.
- Manage the issuance, allocation, and recovery of devices (MacBook, iMac, PCs, mobile devices, printers, etc.).
- Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring devices are in optimal working condition.
Infrastructure
- Recommend and implement optimal infrastructure technologies in collaboration with project teams.
- Manage, maintain, and upgrade IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, servers, data encryption, and security systems.
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT infrastructure for service stability and continuity.
- Deploy and manage internal tools such as email, collaboration software, and data management systems.
- Collaborate with external IT service providers to ensure seamless system performance.
Security
- Oversee and optimize company security protocols.
- Advise and propose strategies for securing devices, servers, and infrastructure.
- Build, implement, and maintain security policies, access control, and system monitoring.
- Deploy and manage monitoring tools, data backup systems, and disaster recovery plans.
- Analyze and respond to cybersecurity threats to minimize risks.
- Continuously ensure IT systems are stable, secure, and reliable.
Team Management
- Lead the IT team, delegate tasks, and mentor team members to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand system needs and recommend technology solutions.
- Plan system upgrades, schedule regular maintenance, and propose IT infrastructure optimization strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in managing and using Mac devices (MacBook, iMac) in enterprise environments.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT System Administrator, IT Infrastructure Engineer, or Security Engineer.
- Strong expertise in IT infrastructure management, including networking, VPNs, firewalls, servers, and data security.
- Deep understanding of security standards and system protection methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, SIEM, IDS/IPS, etc.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for mentoring and training staff.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
