Application & Service Engineer

About the Role

Schmersal Vietnam is looking for an Application & Service Engineer to support machine safety projects, provide technical solutions, and deliver excellent customer support across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation and machine safety solutions to customers.
• Support product selection, system design, and technical proposals.
• Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and onsite technical support.
• Conduct customer training on machine safety products and applications.
• Collaborate with Sales, customers, and Schmersal global teams to deliver successful projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Automation, Machine Safety, Technical Support, or Application Engineering.
• Knowledge of PLC, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer support and project activities.
