2. Overview

We are seeking an AI Video Editor who is passionate about video production, AI technology, and creative storytelling.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing Video Ads, Short Videos, Trailers, and Intros for our Mobile App products. You will apply AI throughout the production process, from idea development and image/video generation to voice-over, animation, editing, and post-production.

You will also work closely with the UA Marketing team to analyze creative performance, develop video variations, and continuously improve creative effectiveness.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Develop ideas, scripts, and produce Video Ads, Short Videos, Trailers, and Intros for Mobile App products.
• Apply AI throughout the production workflow, including idea research, image generation, video generation, voice-over, animation, and post-production.
• Use AI models such as Kling, Seedance, and Veo 3 to create scenes, characters, and movements based on creative requirements.
• Combine AI-generated outputs with editing, motion, and sound design skills to produce complete advertising videos.
• Continuously test new prompts, models, and workflows to improve production quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze creative performance, develop different video variations, and collaborate with UA Marketing to optimize advertising performance.
• Build, standardize, and share AI workflows, prompts, and templates with the team.

4. Requirements

Must Have

• At least 2 years of experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or Animation; experience in Game, Mobile App, or Performance Marketing is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, or equivalent software.
• Experience using AI video generation models such as Kling, Seedance, Veo 3, and other relevant AI tools.
• Experience with text-to-video, image-to-video, reference images, and prompt writing to control characters, environments, movements, and camera angles.
• Ability to evaluate and process AI-generated outputs into polished videos with visual consistency and quality.
• Ability to combine AI tools with traditional editing to optimize production speed, quality, and cost.
• Strong creativity with good visual, audio, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to research insights, identify trends, and develop multiple creative variations.
• Proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven, with good communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to continuously learn and experiment with new AI models, tools, and workflows.
