From Head of AI: 'You will join our cross-functional AI team to build, fine-tune, and productionize AI applications that combine frontier LLMs, computer-vision models, and cloud-native services. The ideal candidate has shipped and lead team to implement end-to-end solutions - from data curation and model training to scalable, secure deployments on AWS, GCP or Azure. Key Responsibilities - Own project scoping, architecture, and execution across NLP, CV, and generative-AI workloads. - Translate client requirements into actionable technical roadmaps, resource plans, and KPIs. - Mentor and upskill team members; establish coding, testing, and AI best practices. - Oversee model governance, data privacy, and cost optimization on cloud and on-prem stacks. - Collaborate with other departments&apos teams to hit milestones and service-level targets. - Present technical findings, demos, and ROI analyses to executive stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years building and deploying ML solutions (Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow), including at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record delivering client projects within an ITO, SI, or consulting environment. - Strong grasp of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps. - Excellent English communication skills for both technical deep-dives and C-suite briefings.
Nice to Have - Experience with AI compliance (GDPR, SOC 2) and cost governance. - Familiarity with multi-tenant agent frameworks, large-scale agentic systems.
