Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated AI Team Lead to join our growing AI division.

In this role, you will lead a team of AI engineers in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions.

You will be responsible for project planning, technical execution, and team development, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the AI team in delivering end-to-end AI solutions.

Drive the design and execution of AI-based projects, from data preprocessing and model training to testing, optimization, and deployment.

Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.

Mentor and support team members in their technical growth and project responsibilities.

Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and performance.

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and data science to inform project direction and innovation.

Qualifications

5+ years building and deploying ML solutions (Python/PyTorch/TensorFlow), including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record delivering client projects within an ITO, SI, or consulting environment.
Strong grasp of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps.
Excellent English communication skills for both technical deep-dives and C-suite briefings.
