AI STRATEGY & ADOPTION SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a newly created position with no internal precedent. The company aims to boost company-wide productivity through the use of AI and is hiring a dedicated specialist to systematically design, roll out, and manage AI adoption across the organization — from policy-setting to on-the-ground adoption, building the function from the ground up. This role suits someone who prefers to set their own standards rather than follow an existing manual.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. AI Adoption & Institutionalization

●      Create AI usage manuals and prompt guides tailored to the work characteristics of each department.

●      Plan and operate employee training programs, with curricula tailored by job level and function.

●      Identify best-practice cases by department and operate an internal knowledge-sharing system.

●      Measure adoption rates and provide hands-on support to departments with low usage.

2. AI Usage Policy & Information Security Governance

●      Establish and revise the company's AI Acceptable Use Policy.

●      Establish guidelines to prevent leakage of personal data and trade secrets, and operate an incident-prevention system.

●      Define data classification standards for permissible input, and manage the list of approved/prohibited AI tools.

●      Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law.

3. AI Strategy Planning

●      Diagnose current business processes and identify priorities for AI application.

●      Plan, execute, and measure the impact of pilot projects using quantitative metrics such as time savings and error-rate reduction.

●      Review AI tool adoption, analyze cost-effectiveness, and report to management.

●      Monitor AI technology trends and assess their applicability to the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required

●      Minimum 2 years of relevant experience — e.g., driving business innovation through AI, drafting/distributing AI usage policies and manuals within a company, or delivering internal training.

●      Experience analyzing business processes and documenting them into manuals, guidelines, or training materials.

●      Experience introducing a new system or program internally and driving user adoption.

●      Experience applying generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) to actual business processes, beyond personal use.

●      Strong communication skills to explain and persuade non-technical staff on technology topics.

Preferred

●      Practical experience in personal data protection or information security; understanding of Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 91/2025/QH15) and related decrees.

●      Experience using RPA, workflow automation, or no-code tools (Power Automate, Zapier, n8n, etc.).

●      Understanding of ERP (SAP, etc.) core business process systems.

●      Working proficiency in at least 2 of the following languages: Korean, Vietnamese, English.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and capability (FROM 18.000.000 GROSS)
