About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated AI Product Manager to lead the design, development, and scaling of our Conversation AI products (FPT.AI Chat, Voice Agent, Engage, Enhance, and future AI-powered assistants). You will work at the intersection of AI technology, product strategy, and customer experience, ensuring our solutions solve real business challenges and deliver measurable impact for enterprises across industries such as Banking, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare, and Public Services.
This role requires a blend of product vision, technical depth, and customer-centric mindset. You will collaborate with AI engineers, UX designers, solution architects, and business teams to bring world-class conversational AI products to market.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product roadmap for Conversation AI products.
- Identify emerging AI trends (LLMs, voice AI, multilingual models, agent orchestration) and translate them into competitive product strategies.
- Work with leadership to position FPT.AI as a leading Conversation AI platform in APAC.
Product Development
- Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on AI model design, training data strategy, evaluation metrics, and deployment at scale.
- Drive integration of STT/TTS, NLP, LLMs, and multimodal AI into robust enterprise-ready products.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are embedded in product design.
Customer & Market Focus
- Engage with enterprise clients (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) to deeply understand their business use cases.
- Prioritize features that improve business KPIs (conversion, customer satisfaction, cost optimization).
- Work with sales, presales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and retention.
- Benchmark against global players (Microsoft, Google, AWS, OpenAI GPT, Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, etc.) and identify differentiation opportunities.
Go-to-Market & Growth
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to define positioning, pricing, and GTM strategy.
- Develop business cases to quantify ROI for customers.
- Monitor KPIs, product adoption metrics, and customer feedback to iterate continuously.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
Experience:
- 3+ years in product management, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong experience with Conversation AI, NLP, Voice AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven success in taking Technology products from concept to market.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of machine learning, NLP, speech technologies.
- Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and define KPIs.
- Excellent communication in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong stakeholder management skills (customers, engineers, executives).
- Business acumen with ability to link AI capabilities to customer ROI.
