AI-first Content Creators (Intern/Trainee)

OVERVIEW

We're looking for interns and trainees for the role of AI-first Content Creator, to learn to produce short-form videos and carousels. You'll get hands-on experience combining generative AI tools with CapCut editing to create on-brand content, plus basic graphic design for covers and display assets, all with guidance and feedback from our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the team in turning communication objectives into content, from short-form videos such as product spotlights, quick tutorials, trend-jacking edits and relatable memes, to digital display assets.
• Experiment with AI tools to generate visuals, b-roll and scene elements.
• Edit short-form videos by syncing cuts to music, adding subtitles, layering sound effects and applying basic motion effects and transitions.
• Design cover frames, photo carousels, text posts and simple display assets for TikTok,
• Instagram and help adapt content for Threads and YouTube Shorts.
• Keep an eye on emerging trends and formats across regional and global feeds and share content ideas during team brainstorms.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.
• Active consumer of short-form social trends, memes and viral video formats, especially fashion and beauty edits.
• Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to learn how they can speed up your creative workflow.
• Good written and verbal communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• Fast learner, open to feedback, collaborative team player with a challenger spirit.
• Fondness for cats is an advantage!
