Role Description The AI Engineer role at iGOT.AI is a full-time, on-site position based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models that power the company's ontology, RAG pipelines, and autonomous AI agents. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining production-grade software, experimenting with neural network architectures, and building NLP solutions that can understand and process complex enterprise data. The role involves collaborating with product and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring models are secure, reliable, and scalable. The AI Engineer will also contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of the AI engineering workflow.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development for production systems, using languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and experience with version control and CI/CD.
• Practical knowledge of Embedding/SLM/RL(GRPO/DPO) and RAG or related architectures.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and data processing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and MLOps practices is an advantage.
• Familiarity with secure data handling, enterprise systems integration, or knowledge graph/ontology design is a plus.
