MONQ is a creative company based in Korea, partnering with global companies such as LG, Samsung, and Hyundai Motors Group to handle comprehensive advertising campaigns. MONQ VIETNAM, a subsidiary of MONQ, was established to carry out global advertising and campaign projects covering the Southeast Asia region. We are now recruiting the founding members to join MONQ VIETNAM's journey, starting in 2024, to achieve a Quantum Jump.

Building on years of accumulated expertise and our proprietary AI content technologies, we aim to drive meaningful change across the social media ecosystem through the planning, development, operation, and management of AI creators. Ultimately, we aspire to evolve into an AI entertainment company capable of building global fandoms.

[Main Responsibilities]

• Create AI-Generated Image and Video Assets :
• Utilize the latest generative AI tools to produce high-quality image and short-form video assets aligned with content strategies and creative objectives.
• Advance Prompt Engineering Capabilities :
• Research and optimize prompt engineering techniques to ensure consistent character appearance (Face Consistency) and visual style across AI-generated content.
• Post-Production and Content Enhancement :
• Refine and retouch AI-generated assets, and edit them into social media-ready content by incorporating trending music, captions, transitions, and visual effects.
• Social Community Engagement :
• Beyond content creation, actively engage with followers, manage social media communities, and contribute to channel growth and audience engagement.

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent certification.
• Entry-level candidates or professionals with less than 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong visual design sensibility with a keen awareness of trends in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle content.
• Basic understanding of AI-powered image and video creation, with a willingness to learn and adopt emerging AI technologies and tools.
• Proficiency in basic image and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.

[Preferred Qualifications]

• Experience managing personal social media channels, blogs, or online communities with passion and consistency.
• Internship or project experience in content agencies, MCNs, marketing, or the entertainment industry.
• Academic background in Visual Design, Film & Video Production, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience creating content or building a portfolio using generative AI tools.
• Experience planning, filming, and editing short-form content for social media platforms.
• Strong interest in emerging content creation technologies, digital culture, and social media trends.

• Salary: negotiable
• Insurance according to Vietnamese laws
• 100% probation salary (2 months)
• 4.5-day workweek on the first Friday of each month (half-day)
• Less than 1 year of service: 1 leave day per full working month (up to 12 days)
• 1+ year of service: 15 annual leave days
• Meal allowance when working overtime (Using Company Card)
• Opportunity for onboarding at the Korea HQ (based on schedule coordination)

[Employment Details]

• Employment Type: Full-time (following a 2-month probation period).
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM).
