Role Summary

• The AI Coach drives AI literacy and practical tool adoption across the Bank — running workshops and trainings, contributing to the enterprise AI platform, sharing best practices, and helping teams discover and scope AI-driven solutions relevant to their work. This is an internal enablement and culture-building role: the AI Coach builds curiosity and capability across the organization, rather than representing the Bank externally (external AI community/PR representation sits with the Director).
• Proactivity and curiosity matter more here than years of experience — the right person actively hunts for new tools, trends, skills, and use cases and brings them into the organization before being asked.

What You'll Own

• You'll own the Bank's internal AI enablement — building and growing an internal AI community, contributing to the enterprise AI platform, running hands-on training and events, maintaining a central hub of AI resources, and helping colleagues turn AI-native ideas into real use cases. Mandate covers a structured AI adoption pipeline, training paths, and measuring the organization's AI maturity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Training and Workshops

• Organize accessible, hands-on workshops and training to improve AI proficiency and awareness across teams.
• Design personalized or targeted training paths as the program matures.

Best Practice Sharing

• Promote responsible AI use and efficiency-enhancing techniques (hacks); keep the organization current on AI trends and best practices.
• Advocate for responsible AI and ethics awareness, especially around data privacy in a regulated industry.

Tool and Trend Research

• Stay actively engaged with the AI community to source the latest tools, techniques, and approaches that drive value and personal effectivity.
• Bring new, relevant tools and trends into the organization proactively.

Use Case Guidance

• Supporting teams in identifying impactful AI applications, scoping use cases, and choosing tools that meet business goals.
• Provide dedicated support to colleagues with AI-native ideas, helping them move from idea to realization.

AI Advocacy and Community Building

• Build and grow an internal AI community, fostering curiosity and AI empowerment through demos, events, and resource sharing.
• Maintain a central hub/platform for AI resources and knowledge across the organization.
• Help track and communicate the organization's overall AI maturity over time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of modern AI tools especially agentic coding/work assistants (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, Antigravity, OpenClaw, OpenCode, etc) and mainstream AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Open Source Models), plus automation platforms like n8n with a proactive approach to self-learning and staying updated on emerging AI tools, techniques, and community practices.
• Good communication, presentation, and knowledge-sharing skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI topics for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience or strong interest in teaching, mentoring, running workshops
• Enthusiastic, proactive, outgoing, and extroverted personality.
• Good English skills.
