Business Consultant / Business Analyst (BC/BA) for the AI Transformation Team, driving AI-enabled business transformation initiatives.

Works with business stakeholders, product owners, software engineers, AI engineers, and management to analyze processes, identify AI opportunities, and translate business needs into practical AI solutions.

Focus is business transformation and AI adoption — not AI/ML model development.

Job Description

Business Analysis & Process Transformation

Understand business objectives, processes, and pain points; run interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
Analyze and document As-Is / To-Be processes; identify optimization, automation, and AI opportunities.
Define business/functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks; help prioritize initiatives by business value and feasibility.

Stakeholder & Project Management

Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical/AI teams
Support backlog creation, prioritization, refinement, and cross-team dependencies
Support UAT planning and execution; ensure delivered solutions solve the intended problem

AI Transformation & Adoptionn

Drive AI adoption across departments; identify productivity gains from AI tools.
Develop adoption guidelines, use cases, and best practices; collect user feedback.
Define and track KPIs: productivity, cost, quality, processing time, and user adoption.
Support change management and adoption activities.

AI Opportunity Identification

Identify use cases for GenAI, AI Agents, RAG, Copilot, and intelligent automation.
Judge whether a problem suits AI, conventional software, automation, or a mix.
Define AI use cases covering: problem, target users, business value, required data, AI capabilities, process changes, KPIs, and risks.
Support PoCs and pilots; validate with AI teams that proposed solutions meet business requirements

AI Solution & Product Support

Translate business requirements into AI solution requirements, functional behavior, and user journeys.
Define requirements for Copilot, chatbot, RAG, AI Agent, and intelligent workflow solutions.
Work with AI engineers on knowledge sources, RAG scenarios, agent workflows, human-in-the-loop, output validation, and system integration.
Review AI outputs from a business/user perspective and feed back improvements.

Your Skills And Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in Business Analysis, Business Consulting, Product Management, or IT Consulting.
Strong in requirement analysis, business process analysis, user stories, stakeholder management, UAT, and process improvement; experience with software teams preferred.
Basic to intermediate understanding of GenAI/LLM concepts: prompt engineering, RAG, AI Copilot, AI Agent, vector database, embedding, knowledge base, agent orchestration.
Hands-on use of AI tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar); able to spot practical use cases and their business value.
No requirement to develop or train ML/AI models.
Basic understanding of software development, APIs, databases, cloud services, and system integration; able to communicate with engineers.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

AI transformation, Digital Transformation, Intelligent Automation, or GenAI project experience.
Implemented AI Copilot, RAG, chatbot, or AI Agent solutions.
Worked with ERP, enterprise applications, or large-scale business systems.
Process automation or workflow optimization experience.
Basic knowledge of GCP, AWS, or Azure; data analysis or SQL a plus.
Experience creating PoCs or evaluating emerging AI technologies a plus

Basic salary: It will be based on the ability of the candidate and the general salary framework set by the company.
Salary review based on performance every 6 months if your basic salary is less than 30,000,000 VND. If your basic salary is from 30,000,000 VND, it will be reviewed every year
