About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager with strong Vietnam market expertise to grow and scale our affiliate program in Vietnam.

You will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and developing affiliate partners, driving high-quality First-Time Depositor (FTD) acquisition, and building long-term commercial partnerships across the Vietnamese betting and esports market.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role for someone who understands the iGaming affiliate ecosystem, knows how to source and activate affiliates, and can independently manage partnerships from initial outreach through ongoing performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the affiliate program across the Vietnam market.
• Identify, source, recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates and key traffic partners.
• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commercial agreements.
• Drive consistent, high-quality FTD acquisition while maintaining traffic quality.
• Monitor affiliate KPIs, player acquisition performance, deposits, retention, and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to improve affiliate performance and partner profitability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and develop growth plans for key affiliates.
• Monitor traffic quality and identify fraudulent, incentivized, or otherwise problematic traffic.
• Work with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Community teams to improve conversion and acquisition performance.
• Test and optimize creatives, landing pages, offers, and acquisition strategies.
• Develop relationships with Vietnam-based betting, sports, and esports communities.
• Source affiliates through Telegram, Facebook communities, forums, industry networks, influencers, and other relevant channels.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new affiliate opportunities.
• Take ownership of affiliate growth targets and contribute to the overall Vietnam acquisition strategy.

RequirementsMust-Have

• 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming, online betting, or gambling.
• Proven experience managing and scaling affiliate partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid commission models.
• Proven experience driving FTD acquisition.
• Strong understanding of player acquisition, retention, deposits, and player value.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with affiliates.
• Strong understanding of affiliate KPIs and performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with the Vietnam iGaming/betting market.
• Native or fluent Vietnamese.
• Fluent English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Nice to Have

• Existing Vietnam affiliate portfolio or network.
• Established relationships with betting, sports, esports, influencer, or community partners.
• Experience sourcing affiliates through Telegram, Facebook groups, forums, and other local channels.
• Background in performance marketing or media buying.
• Experience with alternative or non-traditional acquisition channels.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnamese betting and esports ecosystem.
