  • Support department head and staff members in day-to-day tasks.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and letters.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines.
  • Miscellaneous administrative tasks, including maintaining supplies and preparing mailings
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Preparing reports
  • Coordinating meetings and events
  • Printing, scanning, copying, binding, and preparing and distribution packages of information, both printed and electronic;
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager.
  • Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Groups policies and procedures.
  • Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor/Engineer degree.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good event arrangement skills
