Job Responsibilities
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Assist in data entry and updating company records (DO form, PO form,)
- Assist in running of e-commerce platform
- Help arrange meetings, prepare meeting rooms, and take minutes if required.
- Support purchasing office supplies and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assist in handling incoming/outgoing mail and phone calls.
- Support other departments with administrative needs as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Chinese.
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive attitude and proactive in work.
