Mô tả công việc

• Customer Ledger & Receivables Management: Monitor receivables by customer and sales order; issue periodic balance confirmations and statements (monthly/quarterly); coordinate document revisions with internal teams upon client request.
• Cash Application & Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile daily bank statements against customer payments; post collections accurately in the accounting system (SAP) matched to specific invoices; deliver daily cash inflow flash reports to Sales and Treasury.
• Reconciliation & Debt Aging Reports: Execute periodic reconciliations, process offset entries for sales returns/deductions; generate AR aging and collection progress reports for Management; detect and resolve overdue or irregular accounts proactively.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), General Accounting, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS), with dedicated expertise in receivables and credit control.
• Strong data reconciliation skills and logical problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is a significant advantage).
