Accounts Receivable Accountant - Logistics (9-Month Contract)

Job Description

Control all sales contracts and related terms.

Accurately update accounts receivable status and closely monitor customer and overseas agent debts.

Perform periodic debt collection follow-up to ensure cash flow.

Issue VAT invoices to customers in accordance with regulations and deadlines.

Obtain Delivery Orders (D/O) and check bank payment status for import/export shipments.

Organize, manage, and archive accounting documents in a systematic and easily searchable manner.

Perform exchange rate difference assessments at the beginning of each month.

Prepare detailed accounts receivable ledgers for accounts 138 and 131, and reconcile data periodically.

Job Requirements

College degree in Accounting.

At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Accountant in the logistics industry.

Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Careful, detail-oriented, thorough, and highly responsible work attitude.

Experience using accounting software such as FAST or BRAVO is a plus.
