Accounting Manager - Trading

• Working Location: Dist 1, HCMC
• Salary : 30,000,000 - 37,000,000 VND

Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting operations and lead the accounting team while ensuring compliance with Vietnamese regulations and supporting financial reporting.

- Manage daily accounting operations and check accounting documents and transactions

- Oversee monthly and yearly closing and financial reporting

- Handle accounting and tax-related matters in compliance with Vietnamese regulations

- Support daily accounting tasks directly when necessary

- Manage and supervise 3-4 accounting staff

- Allocate tasks, monitor work progress, and ensure deadlines are met

- Train and guide less-experienced accounting staff

- Solve accounting issues and support smooth team operations

- Prepare and review accounting reports for management

- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on accounting matters

- Handle other accounting-related tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

・ Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

・ Language: Business-level English communication skills

・Experience:

- At least 5 years of solid hands-on experience in accounting, including closing and financial reporting

- Experience leading an accounting team as an accounting manager

・Skill:

- Strong in office computers and accounting software

- Flexible to OT
