Job Description
Position: Chuyên viên Kế toán tổng hợp - General Accounting Officer
Division: Khối Tài chính Kế toán - Accounting & Finance Division
Contract Type: 06-month fixed-term contract – Temporary replacement for maternity leave.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform and control general accounting, tax accounting, and accounting practices in compliance with applicable regulations and the Company's internal policies.
- Review, reconcile, and monitor accounting data in the system to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, while identifying and mitigating potential accounting risks.
- Prepare and control tax declarations and tax finalization, and provide guidance to relevant business units on accounting and tax regulations.
- Perform daily reviews and monitoring of accounting data and participate in the preparation of periodic financial reports and financial closing.
- Participate in the Company's IFRS implementation, including the development and enhancement of accounting recognition and measurement methodologies under IFRS.
- Participate in projects to develop and enhance accounting IT systems, including the automation of accounting recognition, measurement, and data control.
- Provide accounting and tax advice during the development of new products, processes, and systems; assess the accounting implications of business changes.
- Propose improvements to accounting processes, policies, and accounting treatments to enhance the efficiency and quality of accounting operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- At least 01 year of experience in Accounting, Auditing, Tax Consulting, or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in general accounting, tax accounting, or accounting in banking/financial institutions are preferred.
- Experience in IFRS, accounting system implementation, or finance & accounting transformation/digitalization projects is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting regulations, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and data-checking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good command of Excel and accounting software/systems.
- IFRS, ACCA, CPA, or other relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 450+ or above.
