Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Follow up customer payments and achieve collection targets.
• Monitor customer accounts, overdue balances, and resolve payment issues with customers and Sales team.
• Follow up sales contracts and ensure all related documents are updated.
• Reconcile bank transactions and post them into SAP on time.
• Issue debit notes and send them to customers.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and support other requests from management.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
2. Experience: Having 2-3 years experience is an advantage.
3. Skills:

• Good command at English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with accounting software or SAP system is an advantage.
• Careful, honest, and highly responsible at work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

SALARY: Negotiable

• Employment type: Full-time official staff
• Workplace: 4th & 10th Floor, AB Tower, 76 Le Lai Street., Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
• Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, (Mon to Fri). Saturday morning work is required according to the company schedule (18 Saturdays per year).
