Key Responsibilities
- Complex Creator Payouts: Calculate, verify, and execute monthly/weekly compensation payouts for hundreds of creators. Strictly enforce internal escrow logic.
- Tax Compliance & PIT Administration: Act as the internal gatekeeper for freelancer tax compliance. Accurately calculate, deduct, and declare the mandatory 10% Personal Income Tax (PIT) for freelance creators and hosts before any disbursement. Prepare documentation for annual PIT finalization.
- Accounts Payable (AP) Management: Process payments for external suppliers, production vendors, third-party agencies, and internal operational expenses. Verify the validity of payment requests, invoices, and supporting documents against approved budgets.
- Cashflow Liquidity Tracking: Monitor daily bank balances across multiple corporate accounts. Ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained to execute massive creator payout batches following major Mega Sale events (Double Days) without disrupting daily operations.
- Reconciliation & Ledger Maintenance: Conduct rigorous bank reconciliations. Ensure all outgoing transactions are accurately coded and recorded in the accounting software (MISA/FAST) in real-time, preparing error-free payable aging reports for the Chief Accountant.
Candidate Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related discipline.
- Professional Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Payable Accounting, Payroll Management, or General Accounting. Experience managing high-volume payouts for freelancers, gig-workers, or within an MCN/Agency environment is strictly preferred.
- Technical Acumen: Deep, practical knowledge of Vietnamese Personal Income Tax (PIT) regulations, specifically concerning freelancers and independent contractors. High proficiency in accounting software (MISA, FAST) and advanced Excel skills for mass data processing.
- Core Competencies: Uncompromising integrity, extreme meticulousness, and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive financial data with absolute confidentiality.
- Work Style: Highly methodical, resilient under pressure, and capable of meeting strict, non-negotiable payout deadlines (SLAs) required to maintain trust with our creator network.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Vietnamese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
