Accountant

Job Description:

• Bookkeeping, post day-to-day transactions into accounting software (MISA)
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Preparation of VAT returns, handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Also report on the customer's financial health and liquidity.
• Liaising with customers and advising them on changes, providing information with regard to their accounts and also dealing with any complaints or queries.
• Dealing with corporation tax and personal tax returns and managing customer's details and accounts.
• Cash flow and budget forecasts.
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Management of accounts, balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3 years working at accounting role
• Competent in Microsoft Office, with analytical mind
• Good at English
• Teamwork, Proactive, Highly self-motivated, Initiative, Integrity and Innovative.
• Preferable: experience in audit, tax, finance or accounting services company
