We're looking for a Accountant Intern to bring your talent to Noventiq Vietnam . You'll be a part of our Accountant team .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in checking contracts and maintaining accounting documents in compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Support the recording of financial transactions, filing accounting records, and reconciling data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support prepare and organize supporting documents for local and HQ Finance requests.
• Maintain and update accounting databases, records, and reports as assigned.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• Third-year or final-year students, or fresh graduates majoring in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Eagerness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
