Chief Accountant - Consulting

• Working Location: Dist 1, HCMC
• Salary up to 35,000,000 VND

This position is responsible for leading and developing the Accounting & Tax Department. The Chief Accountant will manage internal operations, provide accounting and tax services to clients, and build the team from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities

- Establish and manage accounting and tax procedures in compliance with Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS)

- Oversee accounting operations, including GL, costing, revenue, receivables/payables, and fixed assets

- Review and control monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

- Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, PIT, and other tax regulations

- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and government agencies

- Provide accounting and tax consulting services to FDI clients

- Review tax filings, financial reports, and tax finalization documents

- Manage, train, and develop accounting staff

- Improve accounting processes and systems

- Support management in financial planning and business strategy

Requirement

・Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance

・Language: English - Internal communication

・Experience:

- Tax Agent Certificate (Chứng chỉ đại lý thuế)

- Accounting Practice Certificate

- At least 5 years of accounting/tax experience

- At least 2 years of Chief Accountant or equivalent experience

- Strong knowledge of tax and accounting regulations for FDI companies

- Experience with tax authority and audit support

- Fast or MISA skill
