We are looking for an AR Accountant working in our office in Xuan Hoa Ward, HCMC.
Working time: Mon - Fri, 8.30AM - 5.30PM
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping
- Post day-to-day transactions into accounting software (MISA), compliant with the VAS
- Issue invoices, sale orders and receipt vourcher (if any)
- Control accounts receivable, revenue and intercompany reconciliations
- Keep track the billings, sale orders and unearned revenue
- Collect accounting information at the month end for Tax reporting
- Internal monthly reporting, quaterly reporting and month end closing, ad-hoc reports (if any)
Requirements:
- At least 2 - 3 year of experience in accounting field with same the role of this position
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance/ BA
- Preferable: experience in general accounting, tax reporting ang finance report
- Good in communication and accounting technical skills
- Fluent English
