Accountant

Job Title: Accountant (Vietnam)

Reporting Line: Headquarters Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping, invoices, payments, and financial documents
• Coordinate with customers on invoice and tax compliance matters
• Handle accounts payable/receivable and expense monitoring
• Work with sales team to ensure smooth document and approval processes
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external accounting firms to resolve issues
• Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow reports, and support tax filing/VAT declaration
• Assist with import/export payment documents as needed
• Follow financial guidelines and reporting instructions from headquarters

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with sales or operational teams
• Comfortable communicating with external customers on routine invoice/tax matters
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Relevant accounting experience
• Familiarity with Vietnam tax and statutory reporting
• English communication skills are a plus
